Once your application is approved, you will receive your physical card in approximately 7-10 days. If it is a joint application, both parties will receive their physical card.

Your card and ID both must be present when making any purchases in store.

Financing terms will depend on what promotions are being offered at time of purchase and the subtotal of your sales order (pre-tax and delivery fee).

  • Each order has its own financing terms. It cannot be combined with previous order or future order.
  • For example, if the minimum is $3000, your order total must be $3000 or over. You cannot have one order for $2000 & later place another order for $1000.
  • Financing terms cannot be changed after the order is placed.
  • If balance is not paid in full before or by the end of the financing period, interest will be accrued and billed beginning from day 1 (delivery date).

Your Synchrony account will show an initial authorization made at the time of purchase. This is a pending authorization, and will not post to your account. Once all items from the order have been billed, the pending authorization will fall off.

Synchrony bills for item(s) as they come into your possession.

  • If you receive your order in multiple parts (take-with, pickup, delivery, etc.) you will be billed in multiple parts.
  • For example, if you take one item with you at the time of purchase & the remaining items are delivered the next day, you will see two charges on your account that total the amount of the order.

Your first bill will come in approximately 30 days after the receipt of your first item(s).

You may see on your statement the transaction(s) listed as La Mirada, CA which is our corporate headquarters.

Additional information to consider
If your order is being delivered through our partner, XPO, you will be billed in full at the time of purchase, as the item ships immediately. 

  • XPO is our delivery partner who services areas outside of our regular delivery area.  Regular delivery area is subject to change.
The delivery address cannot be changed after the order is placed. 



For your convenience, you can also apply for LSF Credit Card online by visiting livingspaces.com/company/financing

Once approved, please print and present the approved letter to one of our sales representatives when you are ready to shop with us before receiving the physical LSF Credit Card. Please note that you will be required to fill out a paper application in store if you have applied online and do not have your card or printed approval form.

If you wish to complete the order online, simply save your credit card number once approved. If you do not save the number when approved, you can contact Synchrony bank to obtain your account number.

Living Spaces may have other financing or leasing options available.  Please visit any store for details.

Payments can be made directly on the Synchrony Bank website, via the Synchrony app, or over the phone by calling Synchrony Bank at 866-396-8254.

Genesis financing may be offered in-store if you get declined by Synchrony.

You will not receive a physical card. Purchases can only be made in-store with a valid ID present.

If you're not approved for Synchrony or Genesis Financing, you can apply for Progressive Leasing in store. Please do not apply online. Our systems cannot process an external application.

If you applied online & were approved, you still must apply again in store.

You must provide 2 forms of ID, your bank account number, routing number and valid email address.

Application fee must be paid by credit card at the time of purchase. Cash is not accepted.

Delivery fee must be paid up front out of pocket and cannot be financed.
Care Free Plan may not be purchased with Progressive.

Special orders and backorder/”on-order” items are not eligible for Progressive Leasing.

You have to take possession of your items within 60 days, all at the same time, and all in the same manner (either ALL delivery or ALL pick up)

Full terms & conditions are available to print once you complete the transaction.

Payments will be automatically taken from your bank account on the same day that you’re paid (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.)

  • You can call Progressive to modify your payment schedule.

If you pay off your balance within 90 days there are no additional fees.

If your balance is not paid off within the 90 day payment period, it automatically converts to a 12 month term, & you will pay about 2.1 times the amount of the original purchase.

A discount is offered if you pay your balance off early (between 90 days and 12 months).
