For Full-Service Delivery, if no authorized adult is present during your scheduled delivery window, you will be charged an additional delivery fee to reschedule.

For Indoor Drop Off, if no authorized adult is present during your scheduled delivery window, your delivery may automatically be changed to Outdoor Drop Off by Living Spaces (or if Living Spaces does not change your delivery to Outdoor Drop Off, you will be charged a delivery fee to reschedule). If your Indoor Drop Off is converted to Outdoor Drop Off you will not be refunded your delivery fee.

The cost of delivery with Living Spaces varies depending on the service level and your location. Our Full-Service Delivery is a flat fee of $119 for unlimited items, offering comprehensive service. Indoor Drop Off and Outdoor Drop Off services are also available, with Outdoor Drop Off being a complimentary option. Our Full-Service Delivery is designed for your utmost convenience. It includes placing your new furniture in the room of your choice, professional assembly of all items, and thorough removal of all packaging and debris. Plus, if you're purchasing a new mattress, we can even remove your old one with this service! You'll receive a convenient 3-hour delivery window to help you plan your day.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my delivery?

We understand that plans can change. To reschedule or cancel your delivery, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date to avoid additional fees. For deliveries in Arizona, California, Nevada, Texas, Utah, Oklahoma, or Kansas, this timeframe extends to 48 hours prior to delivery. Please note that failure to be present for a scheduled delivery may result in additional fees or automatic conversion to an Outdoor Drop Off service.
