Professional Development Program

The Living Spaces Professional Development Program (PDP) is designed to provide a valuable and unique 24-month rotational career opportunity. Within a select department, each candidate will have an immersive experience as they learn multiple roles and job functions.
By the end of the program, our goal is that each PDP Team Member has the essential leadership skills and meaningful work experience to be placed in permanent role to support their career aspirations.

A major component at the heart of the Living Spaces is a spirit of giving and we are on a mission to help everyone create a better home. We work with various partners to help create spaces that provide tranquility, respite, support and security for those in need.
Furnishing Hope
Through our partnership with Furnishing Hope, a 501 C (3) organization that provides furniture and design services to wounded veteran and their families, nearly 2,000 beds have been delivered and over 650 homes have been furnished for hero families.
Buy One, Give One
Our spirit of giving continues with our Buy One, Give One mattress initiative which benefits foster care children across Arizona. With the help of the Revive Sleep Center located inside all Living Spaces stores, we have sold and donated more than 8,200 mattresses ensuring our most vulnerable have a good night’s sleep. Our Revive Sleep Center is also committed to helping families impacted by California wildfires by donating more than 1,700 mattresses, and counting, to families working to put their lives back together. Giving Spaces at Living Spaces understands that providing families with the basic necessities of a furnished home helps to bridge the gaps many face after severe loss.
