Usage Guidelines
You may use this Promotional Card toward the in-store or online purchase of furniture and accessories at Living Spaces. Present this Promotional Card at the time of purchase and the full amount of each purchase, including taxes, will be deducted from the funds held on the Promotional Card, up to the total balance available on the Promotional Card.
All returns of qualifying merchandise are subject to Living Spaces' Return Policy. If you return any portion of your qualifying purchase, the unused balance on the Promotional Card will be canceled and if you have used any portion of the Promotional Card balance, your refund will be reduced by the amount used. You may not return merchandise obtained with the Promotional Card for a cash refund. Credits for returns accepted by Living Spaces will be allocated back to your Promotional Card. This Promotional Card is not a credit card and cannot be used as one. Use of the Promotional Card is limited to the amount of funds associated with the Promotional Card. The Promotional Card is redeemable for merchandise only and will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash unless required by law. Once the balance of your Promotional Card has been depleted, the Promotional Card is no longer valid. You should retain your Promotional Card at least until you are sure that you do not intend to return any merchandise purchased with the Promotional Card. The Promotional Card has an expiration date. Please check the expiration date on your card. The Promotional Card will not be accepted for purchases after the expiration date. The Promotional Card is issued to the customer making the qualifying purchase and is not transferable. The Promotional Card will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
