Does Living Spaces offer Same Day and Next Day delivery?

Yes, Full-Service Delivery offers Same Day and Next Day options. To determine eligibility, please view your delivery options here.

Is there a minimum purchase required to qualify for Full-Service Delivery?

No minimum purchase is required, but additional fees may apply.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a delivery confirmation email from Living Spaces. When you receive the delivery confirmation email, please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated on the delivery carrier's website. We recommend tracking your order to ensure it is delivered successfully.

Does Living Spaces deliver to all 50 States and P.O. Boxes?

Living Spaces delivers to the lower 48 states but does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Same Day and Next Day options are not available in all markets. To determine eligibility, please view your delivery options here.

What are the exchange/return fees associated with Full-Service Delivery items?

Returns on regular stock items will require a 10% restock fee plus a pickup fee of $99.

Exchanges on regular stock items for greater or equal value require a 5% restock fee plus an additional delivery fee. Exchanges on regular stock items for lesser value require a 10% restock fee plus an additional delivery fee.

Will I be notified when my Delivery is on its the way?

Yes, you will receive an email before your delivery date. You may check for real-time updates on the day of your delivery. Click here to track your delivery.

I qualify for free shipping; may I change my delivery method from Full Service to Free Shipping?

Yes, you may change your delivery method by clicking here. If your delivery date is less than 48 hours away, then we will not be able to reschedule your delivery.

Once a delivery truck has been dispatched, will I be charged for any Not at Home, Reschedule or Missed Delivery situations? If so, what amount?

Yes, there will be a fee if you are not present at the time of delivery or do not reschedule 48 hours before your delivery date. The fee for a rescheduled delivery is $99-$139.

Shipping FAQ

What is the minimum purchase subtotal needed to qualify for Free Shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders. Please note, assembly is not included and additional charges may apply for deliveries outside of our service area.

Do Clearance or Accessories items qualify for Free Shipping?

Yes, Clearance, Outlet, and Closeout items qualify for Free Shipping. All accessories qualify for free parcel shipping.

Is free shipping available for all regions?

Regions outside of our service areas may be ineligible for free shipping. Check our delivery options page for availability.

How soon can I expect my items under the Shipping plan?

Items sent via Shipping can be scheduled as early as 2 days from purchase. Check your estimated delivery time here.

When can I expect my shipment?

Shipping deliveries are completed Monday-Sunday. Shipments outside of our standard service areas are delivered Monday-Saturday. A 3-hour window will be provided the night before shipment for all standard service areas.

Must I be present during the time of delivery?

Yes, a person 18 years or older is required to be home and sign to accept the shipment. However, with recent COVID-19 concerns, guests may have delivery staff sign for the shipment after a successful completion of verification questions.

Where will my furniture be placed, upon delivery, under the Shipping plan?

All deliveries will be attempted just inside the front door. Successful delivery is reliant upon packaged items fitting through stairs, elevator, and front door. If elevator is not available, we will deliver items up to the third floor. See below for alternative delivery options if items do not fit.

Does the Shipping plan include unpacking, unwrapping, assembly, or the removal of packaging?

No.

Does the Shipping plan include pickup and removal of my old mattress?

No. Only mattress orders with Full Service Delivery include removal of old mattress with the exception of California. In CA we offer mattress removal for shipping orders.

What are the exchange/return fees on items delivered via Shipping?

Returns on regular stock items will require a 10% restock fee plus a pickup fee of $59.

Reselections on regular stock items for equal or greater value will not incur any restocking fee but will require an additional redelivery fee. Reselections on regular stock items for lesser value require a 10% restocking fee plus an additional redelivery fee.

What are the customer packaging requirements for exchanges and returns?

Products delivered via shipping (not Full Service Delivery) are required to be placed back into their original packaging for all exchanges and returns. Products not returned to their original packaging will not be accepted.

Yes, there will be a fee if you are not present at the time of delivery or do not reschedule 48 hours before your delivery date. The fee for a rescheduled delivery is $59.

May I change my delivery method from Shipping to Full Service?

Yes, you may change your delivery method by clicking here. Please note that if your delivery date is less than 48 hours away, rescheduled delivery will not be possible.

I lost my assembly instructions; can Living Spaces send me another copy?

Product assembly instructions are available on our Living Spaces website. Select the product for which you require instructions. Within the webpage for the selected product, assembly instructions can be found by scrolling down to the bottom of the “Product Details” section. Parcel Shipping FAQ

What items are delivered via Parcel Shipping?

Select furniture and accessory items will ship directly from the manufacturer via UPS (Ground or Freight). A separate tracking number will be provided by UPS, but you may track your entire order using the Living Spaces’ tracking tool.

Is Parcel Shipping free?

Yes. Enjoy free Parcel Shipping nationwide for all our rugs, pillows, wall art, other home accessories, and select furniture items. No minimum amount is required.

May I request Parcel Shipping?

No need to request it. Items available for Parcel Shipping will automatically be setup for Parcel Shipping when you checkout.
