Kids Mattresses
A good night’s sleep starts with a good mattress. For your child, consider one of these kids mattresses to ensure quality comfort and support – for years to come.
Jumping on the Bed Is Fun – but Not Always Right
As a kid, all you really want to do is jump on the bed. It pretty much comes with the territory of being a kid. As any mattress manufacturer will tell you, though, jumping on the bed is, unfortunately, bad for mattress quality. So, as a parent, how do you reconcile the need to not jump on the bed with your child’s desire to jump on the bed? It’s a tough dilemma – but not unsolvable. Here’s a fun list of alternatives that will satisfy your child’s incessant need to jump in the bedroom – without destroying their mattress:
- A pile of pillows (on the ground). Jumping on a pile of pillows on the ground may not be as fun as jumping on the bed, but at least it won’t lessen the quality of your child’s mattress. To create an extra-inviting “jumping” space, grab as many pillows as you can find; the bigger the heap of pillows, the more entertaining for your child!
- A small kid-friendly indoor floor trampoline. If you have some extra cash to spend, we recommend splurging on a quality indoor trampoline to satisfy your child’s urge to jump.
- A bowl of grapes. When all else fails – for the extra-antsy kid who just has to jump in the house, you may as put their jumping to good use, and get some wine out of it!
