A real disappointment
I was so excited about getting this sectional. The hide a bed is too uncomfortable to sleep on. The fabric unravels and I already have the beginning of holes in some corners of cushions, they did not send the pillows shown in the picture, and the cushions become very unshapen and do not hold up to wear. I build my hole decor around this sofa. So it is a huge disappointment. Hope to get a couple years of use before it has to be replaced. The cushion on the chaise is much thicker than the cushions on the hide-a-bed. I really wish I had not bothered spending extra money for the hide a bed.

Terrible quality. Do not recommend.
This couch is beyond disappointing. The quality is terrible. The cushion has sunken only after two weeks by sitting on one spot. I’m the only one to sit on it and I weight 116 lb. Now I have to move around to sit on other parts of the couch. Do yourself a favor and buy something else. This couch is not worth your time or money.

Disappointed in cushions
I had this couch delivered in mid-December and here we are 5 months later in mid-May and the cushions are already sagging. It’s to the point where we have to purposely avoid sitting in certain spots because you tip to the side. The back cushions squish down so easily and I’m constantly trying to fluff them. The color and look of the couch are great and it’s very comfortable, but I’m seriously disappointed in the quality of the cushions. The last couch we bought from living spaces has held up really well over the last 6 years so I was expecting this to be better quality, considering I paid far more for this than I did for the last couch.

I saw some 1 Star reviews and I laughed. This couch is So good. Stain resistant comfortable sturdy and very attractive!!! I can fit a lot of people on it and still feel like you have your own space. When you walk into my condo it’s the centerpiece that sets the mood. I always immediately receive a compliment from new guests. DO NOT hesitate to purchase this couch for this price. I’ve had mine for 2 years and im moving out of state and it’s going to expensive to move so I’m selling it. Anyone giving a bad review on this is just trying to be a “Nay Sayer” or whatever. Im one who reads reviews and makes calculated decisions based upon reviews. So take my word for this. High Quality piece of furniture!

Poor quality
I was so excited to find this cuddler. We had one just like this before we moved and it was to big to transport. This one lacks the quality and sturdyness our other one had. We bought the previous one from another company so I don't know if that's the reason. We've only had this one a few months and I'm afraid to sit on it. My husband uses it all the time and I'm always flipping the back cushions around because they lose their shape and the seat cushions get deep lines in the fabric. Our other one took a beating with the kids and their friends and always looked great even after several years. I'm extremely dissapointed in this set. I'll add that I gave it three stars instead of one because one of the sections has a slice in the fabric near the bottom and they were good about replacing that section which is worth $600.

Amazing Purchase - worth the money
I bought this 2 days ago and it just arrived. I actually ended up buying it mainly because the shipping was fast (as opposed to every other sectional that takes a month). Well packaged and not too heavy, so it was easy to bring to the third floor of my apartment with just my boyfriend and I lifting. I love the olefin fabric (feels very sturdy and stain resistant). The cushions are also thick and medium firmness, which I think is good because it wont sink in over time. This was the most expensive piece of furniture I've bought, however for what you get it is a great deal. The couch is roomy, feels like it will last, and very aesthetic. I recommend!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT IN EVERY WAY
We bought this in June and it arrived in September, but it was worth the wait. The color is perfect, we had it customized and ordered it in the "Bella Otter" color, which on the website looks dark grey. I was nervous that it would be too dark and make my living room look dark and cramped. It is actually lighter in person than on the website, more of a medium soft grey, it is beautiful and EXACTLY what I wanted. I was also nervous about the size, we have a small apartment living room and I was nervous it would be too big. It is actually perfect, fits just right. I wouldn't want it any bigger or any smaller. It is just right. I am so happy with my purchase, I highly recommend.
