A real disappointment
I was so excited about getting this sectional. The hide a bed is too uncomfortable to sleep on. The fabric unravels and I already have the beginning of holes in some corners of cushions, they did not send the pillows shown in the picture, and the cushions become very unshapen and do not hold up to wear. I build my hole decor around this sofa. So it is a huge disappointment. Hope to get a couple years of use before it has to be replaced. The cushion on the chaise is much thicker than the cushions on the hide-a-bed. I really wish I had not bothered spending extra money for the hide a bed.

Amazing Purchase - worth the money
I bought this 2 days ago and it just arrived. I actually ended up buying it mainly because the shipping was fast (as opposed to every other sectional that takes a month). Well packaged and not too heavy, so it was easy to bring to the third floor of my apartment with just my boyfriend and I lifting. I love the olefin fabric (feels very sturdy and stain resistant). The cushions are also thick and medium firmness, which I think is good because it wont sink in over time. This was the most expensive piece of furniture I've bought, however for what you get it is a great deal. The couch is roomy, feels like it will last, and very aesthetic. I recommend!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT IN EVERY WAY
We bought this in June and it arrived in September, but it was worth the wait. The color is perfect, we had it customized and ordered it in the "Bella Otter" color, which on the website looks dark grey. I was nervous that it would be too dark and make my living room look dark and cramped. It is actually lighter in person than on the website, more of a medium soft grey, it is beautiful and EXACTLY what I wanted. I was also nervous about the size, we have a small apartment living room and I was nervous it would be too big. It is actually perfect, fits just right. I wouldn't want it any bigger or any smaller. It is just right. I am so happy with my purchase, I highly recommend.

Happy so far!
I highly suggest going into a Living Spaces before ordering online, if possible. We looked online and saw many couches we loved, and when we got in the store didn't end up loving them in person! We saw this one online and didn't like the look but loved it in the store. It isnt deep seat, but it is deep enough to lounge in and get comfy. One could comfortably fit 5 people on this. We actually ordered it as is, with the blue olefin fabric because we felt it was a durable option for our pets and the color is much prettier in person than the pictures online make it seem (it shows gray/blue depending on the light) Its firmer than it was in the store, which we expected and are assuming it softens a bit over time. It feels like a quality frame and the fabric feels like it won't snag as much with pet nails as other options! I'm planning to update this review in about 6 months after we've used it more, but so far I'm very happy with this purchase!

Bad quality zipper pulls
This couch looks nice and the cushion itself hasn’t sagged. My biggest concern is, one of the cushions is so overstuffed and the zipper and zipper pulls are plastic. The zipper finally gave out and now our couch looks really ugly with the exposed foam. We did contact customer service and they’re sending us a replacement cover. It will take 8 to 10 weeks, so that means I have to live with the ugly cushion until we receive it.

Very comfy, but more comfy on one side!
I received this couch yesterday, and customized it online. I saw this couch in person, but loved the fabric of another couch that I saw. Luckily, I was able to find the exact name of the fabric in the store (with the help of a salesperson). I chose the Aspen Tranquil Foam LAF Armless Chaise with a sleeper (pull-out bed). The fabric for the couch is Jona Bravado Ash (which I noticed wasn't available a few weeks after I purchased it, so definitely jump on the fabric you want). The pillow fabric I chose was Bandito Cerulean. I will say that it's softer on the side that doesn't have the sleeper (so the LAF armless chaise portion). The side that has the sleeper is firmer, but I appreciate having the sleeper for any guests. I chose a full-size sleeper, and the sleeper is actually made of a hard memory foam! I will add, that I've only tested the sleeper for a few minutes. The memory foam is not flat, it seems very wavy because of how it's folded. I will say that it's very firm. So anyone who loves a firm bed, will like this sleeper bed. I also love that this couch comes apart in two pieces! The cushions for your back are very soft and comfortable. I'm planning to purchase a C table with it as well. If you are curious for how tall the couch is (from where your bottom sits to the floor) it is about 22-23 inches tall. Some C tables I'm looking at are about 24 inches tall, and they should be able to be pushed under the couch perfectly. I will add that the length of this couch listed online is incorrect. It lists the couch as 108 inches long, but it's really 103 inches. (Which worked perfect for our living room!) My husband can lie down all the way on both sides (the sectional side he has to remove the back cushion pillow if he wants to sleep all the way lying down), and he is close to 6 feet tall. I would definitely recommend this couch, but wouldn't purchase the sleeper portion if you are moving constantly. I purchased this couch online, and it arrived within 5 weeks (and that's during the pandemic)! They will email you that your couch is "almost complete" at least a week before the delivery time. I paid the extra for full-service delivery. I will say that Monday - Friday is zero cost and if you want them to deliver it on a weekend it's an additional $20 or so. I found this surprising since I already paid for the full-service delivery. I hope this review helps anyone who reads it!

Perfect!
We have a large family/TV room and were looking for a sectional we could customize to fit the space, came in gray, was not too short (close the the floor) or too deep (to make it difficult for aging parents to get in/out of) and wouldn’t break the bank. This sectional checked off every box!
