Does "full service" include the removal of a previous chair -just to the curb? I am disabled and must have the chair for sleeping. I can't have the old chair removed earlier.

Firm & Bouncy (NOT WORTH PRICE!)
This recliner feels cheap and basic. I expected this hunk of junk to be super comfortable based on other reviews, but it it's firm & bouncy. Wanted to return but they charge restocking and pickup, I think it was around $200. The buttons are also backwards and it drives me nuts. Whatever foreign country made this thinks differently than we do. Remote is right handed and left button should be to move back into home position and right button to move out/away but it's the opposite and I absolutely hate that because I naturally keep pushing the wrong button. Test in person if you can before you buy. I feel it's way overpriced.

Excellent for taller person
This recliner lays nearly flat and fits the taller person perfectly. Delivery was excellent with care for surroundings. Highly recommend Living Spaces for delivery, product quality, price, and selection.

Nice recliner - delivered in one day!
I bought this to use while I am recovering from surgery for a broken ankle. I am using a walker and cannot put any weight on my foot for 6 weeks. I didn’t think I would need the power lift feature but it has been a big help - one of the best things about the chair. The heating element is also nice but gets pretty hot. The chair functions well, no issues. It is very comfortable but you don’t really sink into it like some recliners.
It’s a big chair but not so oversized that it takes over the room.

THORPE MOCHA POWER LIFT RECLINER W/POWER HEADREST
Chair seemed okay on the showroom floor, but when it was delivered didn't seem the same. It was not very comfortable for the person intended and was uneven on her wood floor. The delivery guys didn't take the time to make sure it was level before they left. Ended up returning the chair.

Built for a tall person
It's a nice chair, but so huge a person in need of assistance to get out of the chair, can't even get her butt on the chair - it's way too tall. Then, once on the chair, we had to put pillows behind her back so she could sit up straight. This chair is way too tall for any normal size person who needs assistance getting out of chairs. The delivery service was fantastic and kept me posted up to 30 minutes prior to delivery. Set up was quick and professional.

Bought this for my elderly mother when she came home from a skilled nursing rehab stay. The chair transitions very smoothly from sitting to standing. It also has a great heat function for when she is cold. Material is a beautiful color and easy to clean. I’m so happy with this purchase. It was exactly what we were looking for.
