Will this product help with scratches
The Leather Care Kit does help with scratches, it will moisten the leather to darken where the scratch might be. When the leather dries out it will scratch easier, so this product will protect and prevent future issues.

What happen to good customer service?
My leather chairs are new so I haven’t used the cleaner yet. It looks like it will work well. I love my chairs and had a good experience inside the store but the customer service call center for Living Spaces is the worst I have ever come across. They have one call center that handles everything. Nothing is done at the store level. I have called the call center several times about a problem with one of my new chairs. They always say a technician will call me to set up an appointment to look at my chair. It has been over two weeks and no one has called me. I believe the people that work at the call center need better training. It would be nice to deal with someone directly at the store where you made your purchase and not have to deal with the call center employees.
