How do you adjust the headrest? It is tilted forward and I need it straight or back.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Chair started making squeaky sounds with in 10 days and a technician looked at the chair and simply said it can not be fixed. I requested Living spaces for a return they simply denied it as we are over the return period.
