Poor design and worst comfort
Had to return within 7 days. The design as such when a person sits on the sofa, he/she will slide to the back since the base is designed to be slant. That's the only position a person can sit comfortably. And with the back rest design, soon a person will get back pain after watching a movie for couple of hours. Stay away! Be careful with Sales pitch and they are not flexible once the product is purchased.
Note, LV charge a hefty restocking and return-delivery fees. Other RCW is very customer friendly with free returns up to 14 days.

Loved it, at first….
Loved it, at first, but just over a year into owning it, the wireless charging has stopped working on one of the consoles(only used it twice), the finish has started coming the wood finishing of the wireless charging, and the soft closing top no longer works. For the price of this set, it should last a lot longer than it appears like it will. Of course I got the Living Spaces extended warranty, which isn’t cheap either when you pay per piece, and it doesn’t cover anything so far.

Dead On Arrival
Our recliners were just delivered and the left recliner is completely dead. The wireless charging on the center console doesn’t work. Both pieces are being replaced but we have to wait a week for the left recliner and almost a month for the console. Completely unacceptable. So disappointed.

1st day - Motor goes out
We loved the sofa, great look, comfortable...then the motor on the recliner goes out on the first extension of the middle recliner. Now it's frozen in a reclined position, for a first use that's really not so acceptable. Extremely disappointed.

Not so great..
Thought I was going to love this set. Searched different couch sets for over a month and kept coming back to this one. Wish I would not have. Have had to return three deliveries of the recliner due to holes in the leather. Then the motor was making noise after first day on one end of the couch recliner and service tech is scheduled 6 WEEKS later., during the wait the motor has now went out. Still waiting. Also, discovered another hole in the couch down below the reclining electric panel on armrest(so not seen easily). This set is not even a month old. Poor quality.

Not very durable from
Leather is very thin for the price….
Purchased this sectional in march a few mistakes later received the complete couch in in April. For some reason my 1st review was removed….. but less than 3 months is and this couch easily gets scratches and tiny holes. So disappointed tried to used the warranty that I purchased and they said it was too new….My thought exactly too new to have scratches and holes already. Mind you no small children or pets inside. Very sad was so excited to have such a nice looking couch.

Beautiful sectional
We love this sectional. The leather is soft and each piece provides comfortable seating. We looked for months before finding this high quality sofa. The wedge is large enough for an adult’s legs and provides real seating. The wireless charger and USB ports provide options for many devices. Living Spaces staff was helpful although we had researched this product online and knew what we wanted. The specs describe a sturdy yet comfortable product.
