Does power headrest "extend" to rise up any taller (or) does it simply move forward using power button? IF IT DOES extend higher, by how much more in"? & IF SO, Does 65"L fully open refer to headrest in extended position?
The Vance Zero Gravity Grey Power Recliner power headrest only extends to move forward, no any rise-up when the power is on. The size fully open only refers to the seat power extended position when the headrest is in closed position.

Highly Dissatisfied and Disappointed
I am not happy with this purchase at all. Based on referrals from other family members, my wife and I visited Living Spaces. It started out okay and we ended up purchasing their most expensive sectional couch set. When I received delivery, the delivery guys just dropped of a bunch of cartons on my driveway and I discovered that each couch piece was unassembled. The sales associate failed to notify me that the couches required assembly. That's minus one star. After putting the couches together, I noticed bumps in the armrest of three end pieces from the padding being gathered too tight. That's minus star No. 2. Then, I noticed that the stitch lines in the back cushions do not align with the other pieces like in the showroom. That's minus the 3rd star. Lastly, one of the back cushions is bunched against the corner of the armrest so tight that there are wrinkles in the cushion. That's the 4th star.
If I could I would deduct another star for having go through the hassle of calling their third party repair company to assess and attempt to make repairs but come on, this is a brand new, out of the box purchase which I shouldn't have to go through. It should be an even exchange. I'm still waiting for someone from Living Spaces to get back to me to come to a resolution.

Power head rest is a game changer
After one week of having this recliner in our home, I can confidently say this is a great chair. Never knew I needed power head rest and lumbar support, but don't think I'll ever own another recliner without either. Comfort level is 10/10
