great chair until massage went out (twice)
I like the chair. I sit in it for work from home. I need the massage to help deal with back pain. Within a year, the massage went out and a new chair was given to me very quickly. Next time was outside of a year but I had the "care free" warranty. I have been without the massage feature now for 6 weeks. I have been assured that the part has been ordered. I requested updates 4+ times without response. I was just told today after escalating to a supervisor that it could take an additional 12 weeks to get the part and then I will have to get an installer to install it. Buyer beware.

Perfect
My husband went to Living Spaces in Manteca and literally sat in each recliner. Our sales person Tiffany was fabulous! He pick this one and is enjoying it. It's a bit firm, but that was what he was looking for due to back issues.

This is a wonderful recliner, with lumbar support and adjustable head rest. I bought the full package with heat and massage, so relaxing after a long day at work! Love the battery pack option as my chair sits in an area without an electrical outlet!
