Does anybody know what this button does on the recliners?? I figure out the middle one is the send home and the bottom did a simple recline, but i can't figure out what the top button does.

Why did you remove my question from the website? I asked if the Serena reclining sofa 256691 comes with power lumbar.
Serena Sofa #256691 is NOT the Reclining Sofa with Power Headrest and Lumbar...it is the 87" RECLINING SOFA with POWER HEADREST AND HEAT AND MASSAGE. I've been told several differing things. The salesperson told me that it does have the power lumbar...some others in your company have told me no, it doesn't...some others have told me yes, it does...some others have told me they just don't know. The last I was told (by an Operations Specialist) is that it does have power lumbar.

The best sofa ever
I saw this couch online and decided to instore to try it out. Best decision ever!! It is very comfortable, and reclines to almost a zero gravity position. It has a built in heat and a few various massage features that makes this the best sofa ever.

Do Not Buy
I wish I could give this is zero. My couch is just a little over one year old and the middle seat has already completely collapsed in. I do not have any little kids, or any reason for this to happen. In fact hardly anyone even sits in the middle seat just my 90 lb 16 year old once or twice for a few minutes so I don’t understand how this could happen. Of course, since it’s just over a year Living Spaces will do nothing about it. $2700 for a couch out the door, and after a year I have to get but a new one. Sadly enough this is my second couch with living spaces in the past three years that I’ve had to replace after a year because it has become damaged. I have definitely learned my lesson. I will not shop from living spaces again due to their lack of customer, service, and poor manufacturing.
