How can I view this couch at the Roseville store?
Is there a couch comparable to see how it would feel?
The Kristen Slate Grey 6 Piece Power Reclining Sectional is not on display at the Roseville store, however, you can see the single Kristen Recliner there to sample the look and feel of the collection. https://www.livingspaces.com/pdp-kristen-slate-grey-power-recliner-wusb-106197

I’m considering purchasing this sectional, but in the SLATE color. Are they exactly the same, except different colored leather upholstery? The slate one has really good reviews. Many people reviewing this silver grey color says it’s very uncomfortable. They are the same, yes?
The leather on the Kristen Silver Grey 6 Piece Power Reclining Sectional will be the same as the Slate color. There is no difference in regards to quality.

What's the max human weight the seat can stand?
Just wondering if it's made for a tall and big person.
if you haven't purchased it. I don't recommend it. unless you want to put it in a guest house for show only. it's very uncomfortable set.

Dimensions on the right side of this sofa
The sofa specification says 131"W x 118"D x 41"H. What does 118#D represent? Is the length of the right side of Sofa 118" long i.e. 10ft approx or is it less? We don't have problem with 131" length however we have 8 ft space to accommodate the right side of the sofa. 10ft for the right side seems long. Please confirm.
The listed dimensions for the Kristen Silver Grey 6 Piece Power Reclining Sectional are 131"W x 118"D x 41"H. The 131" will be the left side if you are looking at it. The 118" will be the right side. Please note upon assembly you can have the console inserted on either side to accommodate your space.

Does this have 2 buttons or 4 buttons?
Do the headrest and leg rests operate together or separately? I.e. are there two control buttons or 4 control buttons? Thank you!
Separately. The foot rest is motor-driven but the head rests are manual

Is the sofa made of top grain leather?
The Kristen Silver Grey 6 Piece Power Reclining Sectional is made out of Aniline-dyed leather and Leather Match. When a furniture piece is labeled as Leather Seating (Leather Match), this means that the part of the furniture that comes into contact with your skin will be made of real leather; all other parts – such as the outer sides and back, will be made of leather match. In a sectional with leather match, the connectors (or the pieces in-between the seats of the sectional) are made of leather match, while the seats themselves are made of real leather.

Rated 1 out of 5 by SamSpeedy from DON'T BUY!! We bought this leather sectional 2 years ago. We paid for the insurance because the salesman said if anything happened to the leather all we had to do was submit a claim and the piece would be replaced. Sounds easy peezy, right? However, when the headrests started to peel I submitted a claim and it was denied. I disputed it and they denied again. Leather shouldn't peel from light use. We don't sit on that sectional very often because the couch is very uncomfortable and freezing cold to sit on. We paid $4000 for this piece of trash sectional. Living spaces should replace it or refund our money because it failed under light use. I don't think I'll ever ship there again because they have proven to be untrustworthy and lack integrity.

Rated 5 out of 5 by CanonGirl from So Far, So Good! Saw this in the store and it immediately appealed to our contemporary taste. Leather looked good quality. Stitching looked even and strong. The color is called Silver Gray but It is definitely more of an ivory/oyster color, which is exactly what we wanted. I don't pick up any gray tones in it. The power recliners work very smoothly. This was the price range we were looking at and couldn't find anything comparable that wasn't several thousands more. We are very pleased with it so far, but it's only been a few weeks. Trust me, if we have any issues I will come back to update this review. The reviews about it not being the most comfortable couch, are partly true. We went and tested it out and felt it was ok for us. But we aren't couch potatoes who sit for hours and hours on end so maybe that it why it didn't bother us. My husband uses the recline position more than I do and when I do, I prefer just raising the footrest partway. We are average height (5'7" and 5'9") and it's fine for us. For the price, I believe it's a really nice sectional and it looks great. I would recommend spending the extra $100 to have them unwrap and assemble it. Sounded too high of a charge for me so we did it ourselves. LOTS of packing material and the recliner pieces are quite heavy to move around. Loved having individual pieces that give you a lot of options to arrange it. If you are on the fence, make a trip to the store to check it out before you order. Better to be safe than sorry.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Laurie from Leather stain quality is terrible We had this couch less than 10 months when the leather color began to wear off in spots. There are only two of us living in the household. We bought all the extra protection plans and nothing was "acceptable" for them to fix, replace or repair. We were told when we bought the care plan that if there were any issues they would just pop a new piece in. That does not apply for anything other than mechanical and they do not offer any warranty on their leather workmanship. Would never buy from them. They also took months to look over my claim, requested photos and only to come back with they do not cover that type of claim. That answer could have been produced months earlier when it was submitted.

Rated 1 out of 5 by LDMO from Kristen Grey Leather Sectional Sofa Very disappointed with this product! We bought this in Nov 2019 and due to poor back alignment we always get neck pain whenever we sit on it. In 2 months, one piece got rusted, one piece leg got damaged, back alignment is poor. I asked for refund in 2 months as it is very uncomfortable and also due to multiple problems, but they are least bothered. Never expected this kind of service. Only way is living spaces should refund the money to all the customers as it is absolute waste product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Frankm from Looks lovely- but.... This sectional looks lovely and it appears well built, however after about a year of normal use, the reclining sections have become very uncomfortable. You can feel the steel bars digging into your back. We expected more from a $4000 sofa.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Momof5boys from Perfect for movie entertainment room I was undecided and typically this is not my style, I have never liked the whole electric recliner look, too bulky, but after contemplating over how this room would be used I decided on this sleek modern yet timeless sofa recliner. I needed something that my kids could enjoy and they love it.. oh and my husband loves it too... it’s a win for this house of boys, just moved in still need coffee table rug etc. but I just love it

Rated 1 out of 5 by Andrew from Horrible Looks great but it's the most uncomfortable couch I have ever owned...The lack of cushion pushes a metal bar into your back, the short recliner allows your feet to hang off the end. I thought we can break it in, but its been several months and still can't get use to it. The design skipped the everyday comfort in relaxing, I go to the bed room to watch TV now, the couch has become more of a display item rather than a relaxing evening with family...
