Is the fabric stain resistant?
Unfortunately, the fabric on the Utopia 57" Chair which is "Caitlin Flax" does not have stain resistant characteristics however it does have moisture repelling properties.

Cleaning sofa arms and frame
I recently purchased the Utopia sofa in Caitlin Flax. I love it, however the arms and frame have gotten a bit dingy. I’ve been able to wash and air-dry the pillows and cushions to keep them clean and bright, however I haven’t figured out a solution for the arms and frame. Any suggestions?

Hi Steph! So I have 2 cats and they always get their dirty paw prints, poo, and scratch all over the couch. I use a depiller all over and it fully is brand new again. I machine wash the slips regardless of living spaces saying they don’t recommend. I’ve never had issues. I let them air dry completely before putting them back on. Now here’s the best part. Anytime I’ve spot cleaned like the recommendation it ALWAYS leaves and ring of dinge. Instead I take a spray bottle and mix together some water and small amount of fabric cleaner or even pet stain remover/oxy clean strain remover whatever your preference. And then I mist the couch down making sure to get the whole arms and base. Along with focusing on any major areas that are dirty. Then I soak a rag in hot water mixed with oxy clean fabric strain remover and ring it out just enough and lightly rub the rag as if it was a car wash. Dabbing out any stains but making sure the couch is all misted to avoid drying dinge rings. After that I take a new dry rag and do the same thing to take as much moisture out as I can. Then letting it air dry overnight. I kid you not I literally shocked myself how it fully was brand new again from head to toe. Truly took out all stains, all dinge, all the rings you name it. I hope you find this comment I know it’s been six months!

Product deliver with a stain
Love this but unfortunately this chair was deliver with a big stain called and they said they will send someone to clean it and they wont let u choose when or the time cant take a day off for them to fix the mistake now i got a duty 2800 $ sofa

Perfect for our home!
We originally purchased this in the Caitlin Flax it comes standard in. Huge mistake, our sales rep didn’t tell us we could customize it to the many fabrics and colors available. We ended up selling them after a year and purchasing a different color & more family friendly fabric. We’re extremely satisfied and these look great in our home. They are super comfortable too.
