What about ladder?
How do we fit a ladder to this to get on the top bunk?
No ladder necessary, the just climb right up the ends.

Does the regurlar price include the drawers under the first bed?
From the picture it looks like this bunk bed has drawers on the bottom... is that so?
I purchased in store. The drawers are additional cost to the frame.

No, you have to purchase the mattresses and bunky boards separately

No. It comes with the slats needed, they work great and give great support. just throw the mattress right on the slats.

I am wondering if my existing twin mattress will work on top. Can someone let me know what the dimensions are where the twin mattress goes?
not sure the dimensions but we used a normal existing twin mattress and it worked great.

The beds go on top of each other as bunks but they are detachable to make them separate.

I need to pick up from store, What size are the boxes for the wood frames NOT including the mattressses?
There were 3-4 pretty small packages. It fit in the back of my pickup truck including the full size mattress and bunky board. You could fit the boxes in a mini van or SUV also.

Top bunk mattress size
Can the top bunk utilize a twin xl mattress? Or just the twin?
The top bunk of the Sedona Twin Over Full Bunk Bed can only accommodate a standard twin sized mattress.

Great, safe bunk for kids!
My wife and I had been eyeing a bunk bed for a long time for our two boys who share a room to free up floor space. We did a lot of research at other area stores before deciding on the Living Spaces Sedona twin/full bunk. Our priorities when considering the purchase were safety, quality of the materials, ease of assembly, and usability/accessibility once in use. This bed has checked all of these boxes and more. We could not be happier with the purchase. We love the natural wood construction and feel at ease knowing that the bed was made in the USA with minimal stain/varnish on the wood. Anyone who has children knows that they will treat any piece of furniture like a giant toy or prop during play, and this bed has proven to be not only durable, but also has no sharp or rough edges. The assembly was simple and easy to follow with just a few tools needed. The boys had a great time helping to construct their new bed! I would highly recommend having a drill gun and socket wrench to speed assembly. Another plus of the bed for us has been the full mattress on the bottom level. My youngest child sleeps on the bottom and we read to him every night before bed. Such a huge difference it makes not having to try and squeeze into a twin bed for reading before bedtime! We opted not to go for the optional bunky board and the mattresses seem fully supported by the wooden slats. We also had a wonderful shopping experience at the Monrovia store. The employee that helped us didn't try to oversell us on the bed, was happy to answer any questions we had, researched inventory and availability, and gave us a fun history of how Living Spaces started and why there are purple cows in every store! Overall we highly recommend this great bed to any family looking for a safe, attractive, space saving bunk bed for their kids.
