MATTRESS softer than sampled at store. Wish to exchange as slept on for 2 nights
I tried a number of mattress(king) in the store and was sold with pressure to purchase a certain kind which now 2 days later after delivery i deeply regret paying 1400.00 for a too soft mattress. I would like to exchange (not return) for a harder one

Nice - not too soft not to firm (hybrid mattress)
Ok - i maybe could have gone firmer but i didnt want to risk going overboard. I am one of those people who are comfortable sleeping on the floor. I like a firm surface. However, I know that is not a great way to sleep for your body. So the "sales consultant" suggested this mattress and i am happy with it.

Wanted to love this mattress, but...
I wanted to love this mattress, but after my first night's sleep in it, I feel terrible. My neck and my back are sore, and that usually happens when the mattress is too soft. I had done ample research on this mattress, and the sales person in the store recommended me to get a medium after discussing my sleep habits. Unfortunately, I now regret that decision, especially after having spent so much money on this mattress. I have a feeling that I should have went with a firm mattress, because this medium is actually too soft. I couldn't have known without sleeping in it for at least one full night. Now, it is evident that they do not offer returns or exchanges for the Revive mattresses, which honestly is uncommon in the industry. Despite their policy, I called customer service anyway to see if they would be willing to do anything, because all I really want is just to get a firm version of this mattress and not keep the medium. Customer service was unwilling to make any concessions, though they said they would leave my number with someone at the store, so I'm waiting for a return call to see if something, any thing, can vbe done. Ultimately, I am at a loss on what to do because I can't sleep in this bed another night, as it would really mess up my body and cause me pain. While my experience with Living Spaces overall was very pleasant, having customer service not try to give any sort of flexibility is disappointing, as I am such a fan of this store. I was really excited about this mattress and wanted it to work, yet now that I can't sleep in it, I'm unsure of what to do. Overall, if you're on the fence on medium versus firm, almost always get the firm because you can't go backwards and it is ultimately what's best for your back especially if you're middle aged and older. Wishing you better luck on your mattress shopping here than I had!

Love this Mattress!
Love this mattress - very comfortable. I have bad hips and it allows me to lay on my side without discomfort. Definitely recommend.

Honestly a very good mattress in my opinion. I sleep great and doesn't disturb anyone else that my be in the bed as well when you move or get up.
