Rated 3 out of 5 by from Broken Drawer Handle I purchased this desk several months ago and have been very happy with it. I'd even say I've loved it - from the elegant lines to details like the brown velvet drawer liners that came with the desk. What I'm not thrilled with, however, is the fact that the drawer handle on the far right broke so that it's loose on one side. Both of the "nubs" that lock the pull of the handle into place on the right side of the handle itself broke off. As one reviewer mentioned, you encounter a bit of resistance when you open these drawers. Are they designed that way so that they don't fly open in-transit? Anyhow, I think it may have contributed to this occurring. It shouldn't have though, because it's not like I'm especially rough when I pull the drawers open. Needless to say, I'm bummed. Granted, the desk only costs $295. I wish I'd purchased the product protection they offer to you when you make a purchase.
