Great Umbrella!

Horrible Umbrella!
The speaker in the umbrella is horrible. You can’t even hear it with your ear right next to it. It’s louder to just play from your phone. The stand came completely scratched and ruined. It looked very used. The umbrella is also extremely wabbly. I would not recommend this umbrella to anyone.

Solar powered bluetooth umbrella
The bluetooth works very well. The lights that are solar powered work really well,better than expected. The only slight downside is while its in its stand its a little wobbly.

Don’t purchase
The legs of the umbrella bent within 30 days of purchasing this item, after a slightly windy day. What makes matter worse, I filed a claim expecting that Living space would either try to repair the leg or replace it but instead they have refused to repair. Rejecting my claim. This is absolutely unacceptable. I also paid for extended warranty!!! I had higher expectation and this umbrella is expensive in comparison to others on the market. If this is in their customer services, I will not be purchasing any additional items and recommend others do the same!!!

Horrible Umbrella
DO NO BUY THESE!!!! These umbrellas are so poorly made and the customer service in horrendous. I’ve purchased 3 via the website and within a month they are literally breaking right below speaker. DO NOT BUY as you cannot return.

Umbrella post is made of cheap material. Feels like aluminum. The post comes in two pieces that feels like it is going to break in the middle where it attaches. Umbrella keeps spinning with minimal wind and speaker feature is pointless with the sound quality and speaker. Might as well play from your phone speaker. Save yourself the money and go with an umbrella made with stronger post material.

We assembled the umbrella and sat down to enjoy it, only to notice there was a tear in the shade. I put in a warranty claim for the shade and sadly, they want the customer to drive back out to the store to return the shade and then pick up a new one. I’m upset with the inconvenience of that, thinking, since this was a flawed product, perhaps they would ship it to us.
Aside from the tear in the shade, we also noticed this umbrella is very unsteady in its base. It does not sit snuggly in the base so it moves around quite a bit. My husband and I were sitting inside our home at the dinner table when I was startled thinking there was an intruder in our back yard. However it was just the umbrella flying away in the wind. We live in South Texas...it is NOT gusty here but the tiniest breeze pulls this umbrella from its base. This is a waste of money. I’d skip it all together if I knew then what I know now. Unfortunately there were no reviews to go by and be aware that there is only a 7 day window for returns.
