First couch received defective - no threads to screw legs into. Delivered a replacement a week later in the midst of a family gathering because they wouldn’t honor our time request since the redelivery was not due to anything we did. Couch is nice and comfortable today but I am concerned of how it will wear in the long run. Living Spaces lack of customer service concerns me should we have a claim on the extra warranty we purchased.
