Worst purchase, and terrible customer service
We purchased this “100%” leather sofa sectional in July 2021, along with the extended warranty. I noticed a strange spot in April of this year, and by May I realized it was peeling. Weird, since I’ve never known leather to peel. So, we submitted a warranty claim and were denied due to non coverage of “scratches, splitting, cracking and/or peeling of A & P leather, bycast leather, bicast leather, bonded leather…” Long story short, we’ve gone in circles with living spaces and the warranty company, each pointing the finger at the other. I submitted a complaint with the BBB and just received notice that it was closed as living spaces, once again, said it was the warranty company’s problem. What other options do we have? At this point, it feels like false advertising… how can genuine leather peel??? Also, why sell a warranty policy that is completely useless for the product it’s meant to cover?

HORRIBLE PRODUCT
I bought this sectional in December. It looked like a solid piece of furniture but looks are deceiving. The cushions are all flattened and do not return to shape. The foot of the chaise portion is much higher than the back portion since the back has flattened so much. There are only two of us in the home and both of us are thin so the "flattening" is not due to excessive weight. Do not buy this poor quality product.
