DONT BUY IT! Extremely DISAPPOINTED!
After a couple of months of research, we came across this beautiful sectional, and decided to purchase it with the big ottoman. But don't let the looks fool you, this sectional is so bad. First of all,when we received it, the chaise piece and the ottoman look used, the leather was all stretched and sagging. I have to say that the store replaced them right away. But 3 month of usage of the replaced pieces(we are only 2 people in the house) the leather stretched more and got so bad that we don't sit on it anymore, the padding is gone, causing back aches. I went to the store again in December, made a claim, got approved, for someone from the manufacturer’s to come to my house, after 2 months nobody had showed up yet. Talked to the store to return the entire sectional, its bad quality.
The personal at the store are very nice and attentive, we are waiting on a different sectional to be available to replace this bad manufactured piece. THE GREER IS A BAD CHOICE DON'T BUY IT. See attached pictures, and remember only 3 months of use. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
