Terrible no good very bad sectional!
Okay I purchased this against my husbands judgement. It was beautiful in store and comfortable but also large for our family. After literally 3 weeks when i sat down (130 lbs) I heard and audible cracking in the seat. Then it sagged. I reached out to customer service and went through a run around but got the piece replaced. Over the year I had to get each section replaced because they were all cracking and sagging. My kids are 50, 30, and 20 lbs so they’re not getting excessive weight or anything close to justify this. It’s mind boggling to me they are selling such a poor quality product. If you do insist on buying this, please purchase the extended warranty. You’re going to need it. I’m scared if sneeze too hard the new sectional frame will crack again and then I’ll be out $5000 and not have a comfortable couch. Oh and when they replace your old sectional YOU have to pay to remove it as they won’t take it away so that’s just fantastic as well.

I purchased the full sectional and Love the color and comfort. It's not grey and not tan - Stone is perfect combination of both. We have a dog and the leather is durable so he can still cuddle with us.

Looks great after years of use!
We bought this couch 3.5 years ago and it’s still one of the best furniture purchases we’ve made! It’s been through dog and cat zoomies, lots of sitting, sleeping, and normal wear and tear. Still looks almost new. No peeling or anything. My only criticism may be that the middle cushion sags a little but we sit all over the place on it. 10/10 would buy again!

Don’t Bother
Bought this sofa in April was so excited but then noticed the chase was sinking inwards towards the base. Got it looked at and approved for a replacement part and now 12 weeks later, nothing. I emailed them to see what was going on and was told to call in for a full replacement. I called today(2 days after email) and now they suddenly have the part of chase to be delivered on spot?
We will see, now I’m worried I’m going to end up with another damaged product. This is very frustrating. Not what I imagined my self going through after such a huge investment on this sofa, not to mention other reviews had the same problems I had with the chaise. Wish I read the reviews first
