Awful Quality and Delivery was a nightmare
We bought this couch in November of 2021 and it was supposed to be delivered a couple of months after that. Delivery was an absolute nightmare and I lost hundreds of dollars taking off work so that I could be home to receive the delivery only for them to call the morning of and tell me they didn’t have the couch. This happened three times and no matter how many times I tried to prevent it from happening they always assured me that it wouldn’t happen again. When we finally got the couch, sometime in March, it arrived with several black scuffs- the delivery drivers said they would make a claim and that someone would contact us to come out and clean it and that never happened. They ended up giving us like 10% off the couch because of all of the issues with deliver but I lost about $900 not working so that really didn’t do much. About a month after we received the couch I started to notice that the fabric was pilling. When we tried to contact living spaces to get help they just kept sending us back and forth to people and never got a resolution. We finally paid this couch off today and I’m so looking forward to never buying another piece of living spaces furniture as long as I live. The couch looks like absolute crap and we’ve only had it a year. I tried to let living spaces make it right but no one would even acknowledge that something was wrong, I’ll let you decide for yourself.

Awful Quality
The seats are like a bad quality dish sponge. If you know that feeling then you can imagine what this sofa feels like. Viewing it at the shop you may be fooled with the initial level of comfort, as it sinks you in when you sit. But that's all it will ever do. It won't offer any support or comfort. Upon sitting, you can hear the weight hitting the wooden frame of the sofa. I'm a 5"2 female weighing 100 lbs. The only good thing it comes with is performance fabric without additional cost but the return policy with this company is also terrible.

Purchased this sofa with custom fabric and waited 5 weeks for delivery which was expected but noticed the seat cushions were very puckered at the seems and very sloppy looking and so I decided to open them up and there was no Dacron wrap around the foam. I also opened up the back cushion and they are fiber filled bags and NOT foam with Dacron. Called to file a claim, they want to send a technician out which the soonest date is a month out. I requested a return entirely which I keep getting the run around about how it’s a special order and that’s not an option but they made it wrong! Absolutely unacceptable and I’m currently waiting for management to reach out about the issue. Would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

I am very happy with my custom order couch. I ordered the 113 inch Everett sectional in Merit Dove colorway. Living spaces completed the couch early! It is so comfortable that guests end up falling asleep it! I’m very happy with this purchase.

Excellent Couch
Bought this sight unseen off of the Living Spaces website hoping for a decent couch. It has exceeded our expectations. The price is unmatched and I cannot say enough good things about this couch. Hands down, excellent quality. Our friends have a similar model, but spent 2-3k more than we did at a different furniture store. Ours is built way better than their Haverty’s sectional. I’m so happy with this purchase.

Love this collection
I went in to the store not even wanting or needing new living room set. Left with ordering this. I love it. I custom ordered the couch and loveseat. It took almost 2 months to arrive. The deep seating and soft cushions are perfect for lounging whilelooking great. Super happy with my purchase.
