Damage
First one came with damaged side. Replacement arrived with dented knobs. Not the best quality but you get what you pay for. 3 stars only because it holds a lot of items.

Arrived Damaged
It arrived with a broken drawer. I called immediately and was told I would receive a call in 24 hours and that it would be fixed within 3 days. Two days later I was called and told within 3 days I would hear from the company who does the repairs. I did hear from them and it was 10 days before I could get their first appointment. It was fixed that day and the dresser is great. Hides lots of things, all things I had to stare at while I waited for Living Spaces to get around to me. This chest would have received at least 4 stars, but Living Spaces customer service brought it down.

I saw other reviews before I bought this dresser, so I was expecting anything. I made sure everething was good when I received it, and it was! I have a couple of weeks with the dresser but it works fine for me.
