Smooth mechanics
Nice chair, but fragile upholstery, prone to dark stains and scratches. Not balanced, so don’t get up without returning to original position!

Very pretty chair.
Very nice looking chair - some recliners are an eye sore but this looks more contemporary. It is not stark white. It has some gray undertones. Definitely not beige. It is comfortable but not very cushy. I returned this because it didn’t work for me for an “after surgery” chair.
The controls were not intuitive so I would have preferred if they were on a remote instead of on the outer side of the chair.

Life is better with this power recliner.
Adjustable lumbar support and adjustable head rest support are super great. Resting in this, even for long periods of time reduces my perpetual lower back pain even after I get up. The time it takes to allow me to get up is also faster than my previous power recliner.

Not comfortable
Leg support when reclining is too short...and I am only 5'10. Arm rests are too low, so it is stressful on your shoulders. Just not comfortable.
