Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable and beautiful This sleeper is by far the best sleeper on the market. It is beyond comfortable and sleeps like a traditional mattress. It is easy to pull out and put away. I love this sleeper so much this is the second one I have purchased!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Quality Couch Paid a little extra for the higher quality mattress but it's so worth it. It's easy to set up and take down, the couch cushions are comfortable and high quality. We'll definitely be using this couch for a long time to come.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Frumpy cushions We have had our Mackenzie sleeper for about 5 years now and if I could do it over, I definitely wouldn't purchase it again. We paid less than it costs now, and even at the price we paid, I don't think it is a good value. Pretty early on, the back cushions became frumpy and misshapen. You can't flip them because the back of the cushion is cheap black fabric rather than the upholstery (which is crap). So, they just look terrible. The feel of the upholstery itself is unpleasant and hasn't worn well. The bed is nice, but that's about it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed in the quality I bought this couch two years ago and the fabric hasn’t held up. It’s cheap and itchy. The sleeper mattress is super uncomfortable. Anytime guests sleep on it we have to add a topper. Such a hassle having to store the topper and pull it out every time. For three thousand dollars I expect more. Plus the couch is in our office and hardly gets used. Definitely disappointed in this purchase.

Why aren’t the seat cushions reversible? It doesn’t make sense to me.

Asked by: Lkb111
The Mackenzie Pearl Queen Plus Sofa Sleeper With Reversible Storage Chaise cushions are non reversible because the underside of the cushions adhere to and "sit" on the deck to prevent movement.
