I don’t see any mounting brackets that would easily attach this to a wall. I would guess if you didn’t attach the posts, you might be able to figure out a way, however that is not how it was designed.

Will this fit an adjustable base
I have a Revive base. Will this fit?
This headboard should fit the adjustable bed from Living Spaces. We bought one of the Revive adjustable beds 2 years ago and bought a headboard to go with it. it looks great!

I want to make sure this is will fit a California King
I want to confirm this headboard will fit a California King Bed. My bed (and frame) is a California King and is is 72” wide.
The specs on your website says that this headboard is 76” wide.
The Baxton California King Upholstered Headboard is a California King size and will accommodate s standard California King bed.

How do you attach this headboard to an Adjustable base?
You have to purchase the Bracket set LONG: NL-1 or equivalent form living spaces (they don't know). Go to the hardware store and purchase 4 bolts 3/4" LONGER than the width of the headboard legs of same diameter of bolts that came with the bracket set (1/2") normally. Go to YouTube and watch how they put it on. Done.
