Living Spaces Distribution Centers: Same-Day Pickup FAQs

Where can I go for same-day pickup?

For items that qualify for same-day pickup, you can pick up your order at any one of the Living Spaces distribution centers located in Fremont, Rialto, Pflugerville and Phoenix.

How can I choose same-day pickup?

You can see whether or not any item is available for same-day pickup under the Shipping & Availability section on the product page.

How does the pick-up process work?

Once you have arrived at a distribution center for same-day pickup, follow signs for the loading docks. This is where you will park your vehicle.

Upon arrival, you will be asked to present your credit card and a matching ID, as well as a printout of your receipt.

Where can I go while I wait for my order?

Each distribution center has a lounge area (with a water cooler and restrooms), where you can wait while your order is located.

Can I get help with loading the furniture into my vehicle?

Once your order is located – and an employee has shown you the contents of the boxes to make sure your order is correct – Living Spaces staff will load your items into your vehicle.

Are the distribution centers on the same lot as the stores?

Please note that the Rialto and Fremont distribution centers are distribution centers only and are not on the same premises as any of the Living Spaces showrooms. The Phoenix and Pflugerville distribution centers are attached to the Phoenix and Pflugerville showrooms.
