Delivery and Assembly

Will Lugg assemble my items?

No. Assembly is not included with Lugg delivery.

Will Lugg bring my items inside my home?

Yes, Lugg will deliver the items to the room of your choice. Please make sure there is a clear pathway and that the items fit in the desired space.

Are there weight limits for Lugg Deliveries?

Yes. A two-person team can handle up to 200 lbs. per item (100 lbs. per driver).

  • For items over 200 lbs., you’ll need to assist.
  • For items over 300 lbs., at least two additional people must be on-site to help with unloading and placement.

Communication and Scheduling

How will I know when my delivery is arriving?

You’ll receive text message updates and a live tracking link from Lugg.

  • First update: When your order is scheduled.
  • Second update: When your driver is dispatched and en route.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my delivery?

  • Reschedule: You can reschedule in store or directly with Lugg by using their live chat at Lugg.com or by emailing [email protected].<>
    • If rescheduled directly with Lugg, please also notify the store you purchased from so we can update our records and ensure your order is ready on the new pickup date. Adjustments can only be made if your order has not been routed for delivery.
  • Cancel: AS-IS/Clearance items are final sale. Because of this, cancellations and returns are not available once your order is placed.
  • Missed Delivery: If you are not available at the scheduled time, your order may need to be rescheduled, and additional dees may apply.

Order and Delivery Eligibility

What items are eligible for Lugg free delivery?

Only AS-IS or Floor Model items are eligible. If you want new items delivered, you can:

  • Arrange Outdoor Drop-Off delivery through Living Spaces, or
  • Book delivery directly with Lugg (fees apply).

Are there limits on where or how may deliveries I can schedule?

Yes. Deliveries are limited to a 25-mile radius from the store, and only one delivery date and time is allowed.

When do I need to schedule my delivery?

Deliveries must be scheduled within 48 hours of purchase.

Delivery Day and Preparation

Can someone else accept my delivery?

Yes. Another adult (18 or order) can receive the delivery on your behalf, as long as they are available at the scheduled time.

What if my items don't fit through the door, stairs or elevator?

Please measure your space before purchasing. Lugg can only delivery items that safely fit through your entryway and into the room of your choice. If the item(s) do not fit, the delivery may be completed as a drop-off at your doorstep.

Will the delivery team remove my old furniture?

No. Lugg delivery does not include removal or disposal of existing furniture or items from your home.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Delivery damage is rare, but if you notice new damage caused during transportation, contact Lugg immediately through the live chat on Lugg.com or by emailing [email protected]

Do You Allow Small Dogs?

Yes, small dogs are allowed but must be held at all times and kept off furniture. Service dogs are also welcome.

Do All Stores Carry the Same Merchandise?

Generally yes, but Vista, La Mirada, Van Nuys, and Rancho Cucamonga locations include outlet centers with additional items. All items across stores are viewable online.

How Do I Know If an Item Is Displayed In-Store?

Check the "Shipping and Availability" section on the product page. If the item is on display at your nearest store, it will be noted there.

Why Can't I Pick Up Some Accessory Items In-Store?

Some accessories are shipped directly from partner vendors and cannot be picked up in-store. These will be shipped to your home.

Can I Take Accessories Home Today?

Yes, most accessories (wall art, pillows, decor, etc.) can be taken home at the time of purchase. Rugs are the exception and may not be available for same-day take-home.

Can I Take Furniture Home Today?

Typically, furniture is not available for immediate take-home. After placing your order, it will be transferred to the store for pickup as early as the next day.

Are Kids Spaces/Fun Rooms Open Every Day?

Yes, they are open daily.

What Are the Hours of Kids Spaces/Fun Rooms?

Open from 10am–8pm.

Is There an Age Limit?

Yes, Kids Spaces are for children aged 4–12.

Is There a Time Limit?

Yes, children can stay for a maximum of 2 hours.

Is There a Check-In Process?

Yes, a parent or guardian must check in each child. More details are available in-store.

Are Food and Drinks Allowed?

No, food and drinks are not permitted in Kids Spaces.

Can I Leave the Premises While My Child Is Checked In?

No, parents/guardians must remain on-site and be available for immediate contact.

Does My Child Have to Wear a Face Mask?

No, face masks are not required.

Is There a Limit to How Many Kids I Can Check In?

There’s no strict limit, but we maintain a 10:1 child-to-staff ratio. If the space already has 8 kids, only 2 more can be checked in.

Employees undergo internal training and certification but do not hold external medical credentials.
