Tempur-pedic box springs
When I received my Tempur-pedic box springs, one of the plastic corner protectors was coming off and the cover on the bottom of the springs were coming off at the staples in some places. I’m hoping the box springs hold up.

I originally attended to place an order online, and I just opted to order the box spring with a customer service agent. The woman I spoke too went above and beyond to find the closest location so that my order can be filled and delivered in a timely manner. The box spring was a little difficult to find, but she found one, and the price was reasonable. The transaction was completed once she sent me a text to put in my banking information. That transaction made me feel safe vs. giving the representative my banking information she sent me a text to complete the financial transaction.
The phone representative was extremely kind and she went above and beyond to help me.
The process was easy and again the staff member’s was very professional. The delivery was fast and the delivery men did a great job with the set up and removal.
