Rory Dining Bench specs show two separate lines for weight capacity and each line says 250 - does that mean total weight capacity is 500lbs?

Rory Dining Chair alone shows weight capacity of 300 lbs, so I'm hoping the bench can support more than that.
Am looking for a seating solution for a heavier person - if they sit in the middle of the bench, will it break?

Lacks support for quality
The design of this bench leaves room for breaks. The back bottom support broke within one week of purchase. Adding a thicker or second support would make a big difference.
