Are the dresser/chest/nightstand drawers on a rail underneath, or are there rails on the side that they slide on?
It is a kenlin drawer glide, which is underneath the Ranier Twin 3 Piece Bedroom Set drawers.

Why is a box spring needed for this panel bed frame?
A box spring is highly recommended for the Ranier Full Panel Bed because it provides support for the mattress.

If you have an adjustable base they don't work with a box spring so when you say box spring needed but works with adjustable base, it is confusing a bit. So if I use an adjustable base without a box spring will it be OK?
The Ranier Eastern King Panel Bed will require some form of a foundation. It is not necessary to have a Box spring as well as an adjustable base therefore an adjustable base alone will work perfectly fine.

If this frames a knockin it may break still great
This bed frame is also a great value for the product. It’s a basic press board but if you need something inexpensive that looks nice it’s perfect just like it’s dresser friend. If you get the warranty it pretty much doubles the value as well. We love it for our rental (we purchased the set)

Easy to put together
It was super easy to put together. Instructions say 2 people but it is possible with the help of a wall to lean things on to do it alone if needed. It looks very nice as well, just like the pictures.
