For the Kincaid California King Poster 4 Piece Bedroom Set a box spring is not required but we do recommend a bunky board.

Is it more of a cream white tone or more of a gray tone? I am looking for a piece that has more of a warmer tone to it. Not sure this is it.
The Kincaid Queen Poster Bed has more of an Dull Cream look to it. It would not fall into the category of a warm color tone.

I have an adjustable bed frame that is 13 inches from the ground. Will it be hidden by the side rails on the bed?
I would like the side rails of the kincaid queen bed to conceal toy adjustable bed frame which is 13 inches high, when it is in its full recline position however, I can't tell how far form the ground the rails are, and how wide they are. Could you give me those specs?
The Kincaid Queen Poster Bed has a height of 17" from the floor to the top of the side rail, and a height of 7" from the floor to the bottom of the side rail. The side rail has a thickness of 2".

Substantial and elegant. This bed is heavy and good quality. You have a choice of finials on the foot board. It was not difficult to assemble with 2 people. The color is neutral cream. Purchased eastern king for an adjustable bed and the fit is perfect.

Good bed
Very pretty bed, wish it was all solid wood but it is still good quality and no issues so far. I wish the night stands that match it weren’t $400 otherwise I would get them, that seems excessive for just one night stand.
