Does the box spring sit below the side panels so that you don't need a dust ruffle to cover it up?
If you use a low profile foundation with the Dawson White Queen Panel Bed it will rest below the side panels.

Does the full size require a box spring?
I recommend using a 5 inch, low profile, box spring. It fits the bed perfectly.

For the full bed, how many inches is it from the inner bed slat to the top of the side panel? And how many inches from the top of the side panel to the level of the headboard? What should the dimensions of the box spring and the mattress be?
For the Dawson White Full Panel Bed the inner bed slat to the top of the side panel is 5" and there are 8" from the top of the side panel to the level of the headboard. A standard Box Spring will work fine with this bed frame.
