Most of the mattresses and adjustable bases sold at Living Spaces are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. For warranty service, please contact the manufacturer directly at the numbers provided below. If you need assistance, our staff is trained and happy to help you start and work through the warranty process.

For warranty service on any other manufacturer, please call the Living Spaces Guest Services department at (877) 266-7300.

If you qualify for the manufacturer’s warranty service, an inspection of your merchandise is required by most manufacturers to validate the defect(s). Living Spaces does not evaluate mattresses, box springs, or foundations; however, we can request an in-home evaluation for a fee of $99. An independent inspection company will be dispatched to your home once the fee is secured. PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY MATTRESS OR FOUNDATION TO A LIVING SPACES FACILITY FOR EVALUATION.
