Easy to Make an Appointment

1. Pick a date and time (below) and click ‘Confirm Booking.’
   Note: all times listed below are in PST
2. We will send you a confirmation email. (Please check your spam folder if you don't receive it within 10 minutes.)
3. Save the email and the custom appointment link within the email.
4. Your video appointment is scheduled for 45 minutes.

Easy to Start a Virtual Video Appointment

1. You can use any cell phone, tablet or computer with a webcam.
2. You'll need a web browser and internet connection.
   Note: the link doesn't work with Internet Explorer
3. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so through the cancellation link in your confirmation email.
4. If you are more than 10 minutes late for the scheduled time, we will assume you decided to cancel your call.
