You’ll achieve this by focusing undivided attention to our customers, listening to their furniture needs then helping them find a solution. Providing accurate product information and friendly and attentive service is key to succeeding in this position.

Design consultants help customers find their design inspiration through value, quality, and/or style and by building trust-based relationships. Once they accomplish this, they can fulfill their immediate needs whilst offering complementary products and services that complete their living spaces. Design knowledge, communication and sales skills are desired.

As a member of one of the Retail Operations teams, you’ll fill a support role that is crucial to our ability to delight our customers and positively represent our brand. Positions at the “front end” of the store include cashier. Positions at the “back end” include floor prep, customer pickup, labeling, and visual. Previous “Big Box” retail experience is a plus.
