The quality of the product does not justify the price. Both the Chest of Drawers and the Dresser were damaged and need to be exchanged. During the process of exchanging the Chest of Drawers two other damaged ones were brought to my home including the exact same damaged dresser delivered two days in a row. I am still waiting for the other dresser to be exchanged.
I completed my purchase on September 16th, since then I have spent multiple days dealing with customer service and deliveries and the issues still aren't resolved due to the dresser being out of stock.
The customer service representatives have been friendly and helpful, it's the quality of the furniture that is disappointing.
