DO NOT BUY!!!! HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!!!
I bought this $300 mattress protector, selecting it over the less expensive 5.0 version. It was the most expensive mistake EVER! The surface of this protector is super slippery. While it feels great to the touch (at the store), it's impossible to sleep on it! All my fitted sheets slide off of it as I sleep. I even had to buy special fitted sheets with elastic all the way around and extra on the corners, hoping it would keep the sheet in place, but no such luck. Every morning I wake up with the sheet crumpled up with all the extra fabric underneath me, and every morning, I have to redo my whole entire bed, which with a king size bed is quite an undertaking.
This protector also promises to keep you cool while you sleep. But no, it's all LIES! I have never been so HOT in my sleep, as I have been since getting this protector.
No wonder it comes with a 10 year warranty. That's because you will NEVER be able to actually sleep on it! Do NOT get this product! It's the WORST buy ever!!!! And what's even worse, is that I can't even exchange it. I would gladly take the less expensive option instead! But now I am stuck with a $300 piece of junk that I can't use.

Better than a standard cover
Bought this mainly for the wife because she sleeps hot. Some days she can tell a difference and stays cool but there's still some other days that it doesn't help her much. I like the feeling and have been able to feel the "chill" through each of our sheets. Once your still for a while it seems like it loses its benefit, but when you move a little and hit a new spot you can tell a difference. On thinner sheets, the sheet slides around more than normal - almost makes it kind of slick, which is a bummer when you wake up and realize your fitted sheet is all pulled up. But overall pretty nice, though pricey.

Mattress Pad
I was told that this would keep cool. It doesn’t. It creates hot spots where I sleep. I need to keep moving to a cool spot on my bed. Not great for continuous sleep.
It has a slick surface which requires me to remake my bed everyday as the bottom sheet slides around on top of it and starts to bunch up. Also not great for comfortable sleep.
A very expensive, useless item. Now I have to buy yet another mattress pad and this one is not returnable or refundable.

Worst product ever
We bought this mattress protector assuming will be perfect and it was the worst decision, we got the most expensive one and it made our night horrible.it makes so much noise when you sleep and you turn around it’s like having plastic bags under your sheet . Waist of money
