Our best mattress
We just purchased this mattress last week. Both my wife and I have bad backs. She had not had a good sleep full until now. Remarkable and. I perspire very much. Because of the cool breeze feature i did not perspire. Mattress maintained it's firm feel which we both liked. I recommend this mattress to everyone experiencing same problems as we.

Disappointed and Sad
I was delivered a USED Temper Pedic mattress. It came with a stain, and although they credited me for the mattress cover, it’s clear that the mattress had already been used and returned by someone else. It took me a couple of days to figure it out as I was just too excited to have purchased a high end mattress. So you can only imagine how shocked I was once I put 2 and 2 together. Half of the bed was already sunken in and, on the side I hadn’t even been sleeping on. I have been on the phone with 4 different customer service representatives each one telling me something different. Living Spaces will not exchange a damaged/used mattress before the 30 day policy which you will then have to pay a restocking fee and a delivery fee. They will keep sending you to Tempur-pedic and Tempur-pedic will tell you to go back to the store so all you’re doing is going around in circles. I’m not asking for a refund just a brand new mattress that has not been slept on by someone else. Even the bag that the mattress came in was being taped up by the delivering men as they were bringing it off the truck. I noticed it already had huge holes in the bag it came in and I thought it odd. I should have refused it but again, I was just so excited that I wasn’t really thinking straight. Isn’t it supposed to come in a vacuum packed bag? Don’t ever buy a Temper Pedic mattress from a 3rd party vendor! $5000+ is a lot of money for anyone to be treated like they are no longer their problem. Living Spaces has one more opportunity to make this right before I lose it. ** Note: Maybe you can’t truly see it from the photo, but you can feel it. Isn’t that the whole point of buying a Tempur-pedic mattress? So it can remember your body contour not someone else’s?
