Bed is fine, but not friendly post-service.
I bought this bed with a full service delivery. After I got it, I spotted scratches, and also the front board is wobbly as one bolt is loose no matter how I screwed it. So I contacted to make an exchange. At first they didn't give the exchange option, can only have a discount or have a tech come to fix this. I insisted to get an exchange. And I did get an exchange, but without assemble or removing trash, as the delivery team just got a drop-off instruction, so they should not be blamed. The delivery drivers also kindly told me the wobbly board is due to a defective bolt. So now I have three unopened boxes.
