Bummer with our very expensive lamps.
Both of our lamps flicker on and off a bit before staying on, sometimes it will happen again. In the end, they do both stay on, but its like they both have a short in the cord or switch, which, by the way is in the most ridiculous place, halfway down the cord to the plug. Extremely ignorant and inconvenient! (Yes, we feel ignorant as well for not notticing this at purchase!) The on/off switch therefore lies on the floor behind my chair. Gag.

This lamp looks very stylish. But it is very tall in height. The warehouse is so tall that you don't notice the tallness of the lamp. Unless you have 20 feet ceilings, this lamp is way too tall for living room tables.

40 watt bulbs...no bright enough.
Even though this lamp has 4 bulbs, at 40 watts, it's just not bright enough to light up a 12×12 room.
