Does it rock?
No. Living Spaces does have another model that rocks that is a slightly different style but about the same size and price.

controls
does the control button kick out the legs and also bring them back ?
The control lever does release the footrest but to bring it back down you will need to push it down with your legs.

How do you open and close the recliner?
There is an easy to reach lever on the right side that will release the footrest. You will manually push back to recline in a more prone position. To close it, you will sit up and push the footrest down with your legs. It moves easily without much force.

Packaging size of item
What is the size of the box? (L x W x H). I need to figure out if the box would fit in my SUV. What tools / equipment do I need to self assemble the recliner?
I don't have the dimentions but I have a small suv (Kia Sportage) and we did have to take it out of the box to fit. No tools are needed, the back slips on its brackets and clicks in place. I had the salesman show me in the store and it was very easy. Nice to know you can also remove the back at a later time if needed.

How do the wallaway and/or wall hugger features function?
Is the "wallaway" feature different from the "wall hugger?"
I'm interested in saving space required between wall and chair, but don't want to sacrifice maximum reclining comfort to a little less floor/wall space.
It reclines all the way back. I have been sleeping in it for a month, since having shoulder surgery.

Is the sage color yellow?
It's beige.

Almost perfect
I have been searching for a small recliner that would be stylish, affordable and the right size.. The Suzy recliner checked all the boxes. The size is perfect, it fits me comfortably (I'm 5'5" and 200lbs}, the fabric is a soft, chenile. The reclining mechanism is easy to reach and it will recline in several poitions with an easy push back. The floor model was the softest chair I'd every sat in-like it was stuffed with marshmallows. It took me less than 5 minutes to decide to buy it. However, the chair that I received was much more firm than the floor model. I had the opportunity to exchange it, but I had no one to help me return the chair so I kept it. There was no guarantee that another one would be any different. It is a very nice recliner, overall, I give it a 7 out of 10. I am just disappointed that it's not as soft as I expected.

Best recliner I ever bought.
I"m a small woman and always had a hard time relaxing in a recliner, but this one fits me perfectly. It's very stylish and fits into small places. Also I love the material it is made of. Never too warm as some chairs are due to the covering.

a great recliner for a reasonable price
I bought this recliner because I was having shoulder surgery and was told in my pre-op instructions that I would sleep better in a recliner than a bed for a while. I planned to give it away once my shoulder healed, and the price was right. However, this is really a nice recliner -it looks good, doesn't take up too much room, and is really comfortable. It can be near a wall because of the way it opens up, which is great. i have been sleeping in it for a month, and it is really comfortable. I now plan to keep it when my shoulder heals. And the same day white glove delivery was amazing.

Frustrating to say the least
We are so sorry we purchased this chair. You get what you pay for. The most frustrating aspect is the inability to bring the foot riser down & locked other than contortions to try to get it to lock in place. There is no device or handle, you have to try to snap it down into locked position with your feet many, many times before it does. Poor design, very poor design. We bought this as another option for rest & sleeping after spine surgery. I'd like to throw it off the balcony. It's just useless for reclining if you can't get it back into position. Someone needs to pick this chair up & give us a refund! This is a unique situation where service was great, the product is either non-functioning or just crap!
