What is the wear quality of the fabric?
I returned this couch a few days after receiving it. One reason was due to the comfort of the couch itself. The other was the quality of the fabric. The couch is uncomfortable and the material seems cheap. I don't think it will stand the test of time.

Are the cushions firm, medium or plush?
Not very deep or comfy. The cushions seem to be filled with a cheap material, and they could have filled them up more. They feel deflated.

For delivery does the couch come in pieces and need to be built?
There are two pieces: the sectional, which is really a couch, and the "chaise", which is more like an ottoman that you push up against it.

The sectional is really a couch, and the "chaise" is more like an ottoman that you push up against it. There isn't a way to adhere the ottoman to the couch. They just provide a chaise-shaped cushion to lay over it.

Frustrated!!!!
This sofa got delivered to my home 2 weeks ago and it is already piling A LOT! Like more than just a few spots. Very comfy but will never hold up. Could make try a fabric shaver but ridiculous considering it’s not old.
