This is a nice reclining leather sofa, but unfortunately the power reclining switch became intermittent just outside warranty (at about 13 months). I called in to ask if Living Spaces would send out a technician to replace the switch, for a service charge since outside warranty, but the response was that Living Spaces services warranty issues only. If you do not buy the extended warranty, then you are on your own. I cannot believe that any company would not charge someone money to fix their defective product. This company will not be in business too long, with this unbelievably poor customer service policy.
