Couch looks like a cheap linty sweater
I never purchased a piece of furniture this expensive only for it to fall apart after having it for a month. This couch looks like a cheap sweater the fabric is piling and sagging all over the place. When making this purchase I was talked in to purchasing the extra protection and I filed a claim only for it to be denied saying that this was normal wear and not the quality of the fabric. I was advised to purchase a battery operated pill shaver for a $5000 couch. Now the lower part of the recliner is sagging on one ended does even line up on the bottom. The quality and durability of this couch is awful. I’ve asked to speak to management several times either being told no one is available or refusing to let me speak to one saying they will only tell me the same thing. I’m embarrassed to have this piece of furniture in my home.

Couch looks like a linty sweater after 30 days
I purchased this couch over the summer never have I ever paid this much for a couch. Not even 30 days in the couch looks a mess the fabric is piling and cushions are sagging. I was talked in to purchasing the protection plan and I filed a claim. They denied this saying it’s normal wear on the fabric and has nothing to do with the quality. I was advised to use a battery operated pile shaver for a $5000 couch not even a few months old. I have called several times asking to speak to a manager and they keep telling me there’s not one in house or that they would tell me the same thing that my claim is denied. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service and quality of the furniture they are selling.

I was so happy with our new furniture....for about a month. The fabric looks awful, it's balled up like an old cheap sweater. The cushion, or lack there of, is very minimal and stays flat when sat on. Very dissatisfied with this sectional. EXTREMELY HEAVY - SLOW MOVING - CHEAP FABRIC -
