Are there shelves inside? Are they adjustable? Is this also a TV armoire? Is there a hanging rod? Can we please have a picture of the inside? The height and depth of the drawer? If I can't see it in person in my store, how can I make a decision?
The Reed Armoire By Nate Berkus And Jeremiah Brent features 3 shelves, measuring at 43.25” x 14” x 6.25”. This not a TV armoire, and there is no hanging rod. The bottom of the armoire is one drawer with a two-drawer exterior façade.

Not a winner this time.
The third time has not been the charm. I am an interior designer and suggested this to a client and subsequently purchased on their behalf. A previously damaged chest was delivered. My client was out of town for a week and didn't let me know until after the return time window. Customer service wouldn't help -- how can you charge a delivery fee and a 25% re-stocking fee and deliver damaged merchandise? I was promised a manager call back - I have not received. I also contacted the manager who works with designers and didn't hear back. The chest is sitting at her office waiting to be picked up. And my client is irritated. Which is a bummer - last fall I purchased the Reed Bachelor Chest and Desk for my new office and like them, aside from small dings I decided I could live with.

Poor Quality Control
After reading reviews of other customers receiving damaged items, I asked for the item to be carefully checked for damage before delivery.
The item arrived with a large 12” split through the wood, significantly miss aligned doors and frame and several other dents and splits.
Not a good experience for an $800 item that should be good quality. It had to be returned, I’m hoping the new item isn’t damaged too.
If a customer can foresee this issue before buying, the company should be able to as well, and put processes in place to not waste everyone’s time and effort.

Aesthetically, the piece is beautiful. Fit and finish, not so much. The piece arrived with paint splatters, a crack in the face of the wooden drawer, a magnetic piece broken inside, and doors that won't close properly.

Nice looking, low end closure parts/poor packing
While this piece is lovely in its design- it came with damaged door closures a d scratches on too. I returned it and the second one came with no scratches but again broken hardware. Something this heavy should not be using plastic pieces on any part of it. I will have to replace the hardware myself because the return process was painful at best on this item. The same for the matching desk.

This is an absolutely stunning piece of furniture! Fantastic quality, delivered quickly and safely by the LS delivery team. Even more beautiful and high quality than I could've dreamed! The bottom drawer is the kind of wood that keeps bugs away from your clothing too! LOVE IT
